This permission is worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable.
Images may be edited or modified at the photographer’s discretion.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the final images or their use.
I release and hold harmless Lusso Lens Photography from any claims arising from lawful use of the images, including claims of privacy, defamation, or emotional distress.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
If any portion of this agreement is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
I confirm that I have the legal authority to grant this consent for myself and for any other individuals appearing in the photographs, including minors, if applicable.
